In Room 11 we have been learning about recycling and looking after the environment. We thought now would be a good time to remind everyone how to use the bins in and around the school. 

The yellow bins outside are only for 10 cent drink cartons like fruit boxes. Before putting your fruit box in the yellow bin, please put the straw in the red bin. The red bins outside are for all other rubbish like chip packets and wrappers.

Inside the classroom there are 3 bins.

The red bin is for all your rubbish.

The blue bin is for paper and cardboard only.

The fruit bin is for all fruit scraps like banana peel and apple cores.

If you see rubbish on the floor, then please DO NOT walk over it.

Please pick it up and put it in the bin. 

If you are not sure what bin it goes in, then put it in the red bin.
